1. Introduction 

Welcome to Muffy Travels Limited. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A minimum of 80% down payment is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the trip start date.

  • Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in cancellation without a refund.


3. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Prices are subject to change based on availability and external factors such as currency fluctuations, airline fees, and supplier rates.

  • Each trip includes services as detailed in the itinerary. International flights are not included unless explicitly stated.

  • Additional personal expenses, travel insurance, and other costs not mentioned in the package are the responsibility of the traveler.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure are eligible for a balance transfer towards a future trip.

  • Cancellations between 30-60 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of departure will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit.

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable but can be held as credit or transferred to a future trip.


5. Visa & Entry Requirements

  • We assist with visa processing for destinations where applicable, and the cost is included in the trip total.

  • For destinations where travelers must secure their own visa, we will provide guidance but hold no responsibility for approvals or denials.

  • Visa processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a visa denial, as final decisions are made at the sole discretion of the embassy, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

  • If a traveler is denied entry due to lack of documentation, Muffy Travels will not be responsible for any losses or reimbursements.


6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Muffy Travels is not liable for any expenses incurred due to lack of travel insurance.


7. Changes & Amendments

  • Changes to your booking can be made up to 60 days before departure, subject to availability and potential additional costs.

  • Any modifications requested within 60 days of departure may not be accommodated and could be subject to fees.


8. Lodging & Accommodation

  • Accommodations are included for the duration of the trip. If a traveler chooses to arrive earlier or extend their stay beyond the official trip dates, they will be responsible for their own lodging, meals, and any additional expenses incurred.

  • Any extra charges incurred for room service, hotel amenities, damages, or additional expenses must be settled by the traveler before departure. 

  • If a traveler chooses to stay in alternative accommodations outside of those provided by Muffy Travels, no refunds or discounts will be issued, and transportation will not be arranged to or from such locations unless requested and paid for.


9. Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • Muffy Travels is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements, health regulations, and necessary travel documents.


10. Conduct & Compliance

  • Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner throughout the trip.

  • Any behavior that disrupts the experience of other travelers or violates local laws may result in removal from the tour without a refund.


11. Force Majeure

  • Muffy Travels shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, wars, strikes, or government actions.
