To secure your trip, we require an 80% down payment. The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days before your trip start date.

For most destinations where we curate private trips, we offer visa processing assistance, and the cost is included in your trip total. If a destination requires you to obtain a visa or meet entry requirements independently, we will notify you in advance. Please note that if you are denied entry due to a lack of documentation or government policies, Muffy Travels will not be responsible for reimbursement.
